Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow up to 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Local Delivery:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option.

Click the “shipping” button.

Alternative we do offer collection from Havant as a ‘Local Pickup‘ option. We will contact you with the location and times for collection.

Orders placed before 2.00pm during store hours [Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm] will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using Royal Mail delivery, second class post which is 2-3 days including Saturdays. This is included in the price of all products on our website.

International Shipping:

We do not ship outside of United Kingdom currently. We also do not ship to Northern Ireland.
