Who is Final Straw Foundation?

We are a registered charity working to combat plastic pollution through community action, education, and collaboration. Founded in 2018 in Emsworth, Hampshire, we’ve grown from a small group of volunteers into a regionally recognised organisation inspiring change along the South Coast of England and beyond.

How Can I Help?

Whether it’s volunteering or donating, your generosity helps us protect coastlines, oceans, and countryside from the harmful impact of plastic pollution. Every donation, big or small, fuels our mission to clean beaches, educate communities, and inspire change.

Our Work With Schools

Through assemblies, workshops, and beach school sessions, we’ve reached thousands of children across the Solent region.

We offer a variety of opportunities for students:

  • School Assembly and Workshops
  • Litter Picks (Clean-Up Drive)
  • Wild Beach School
  • Education Conferences
