Join us For a Clean-up Event!

At Final Straw Foundation, our Beach and River Cleans go beyond picking up litter. We carefully remove plastic and waste from our beaches and waterways while protecting delicate wildlife habitats, nesting birds, and native plants.

Our approach ensures we clean responsibly, keeping wildlife safe while reducing pollution. Join our community of passionate volunteers for these special beach cleans. Whether you’re a nature lover or just want to help protect the coast, your support matters.

Together, we can safeguard our beaches and waterways for future generations!

We have teamed up with Bird Aware Solent, the Marine Conservation Society and the 2 Minute Beach Clean to produce a handy guide for running ‘wildlife-friendly beach cleans’.
