Can you help us? Over the last year through the pandemic and lockdowns, we have been contacted by many individuals and smaller community groups keen to continue litter-picking and keeping our beautiful coastline clean and tidy in a socially distant manner. We have given out many of our litter-picking kits and are happy to support these proactive people and groups with this kit to keep on doing their amazing work cleaning up.

One of the fantastic young volunteers that has been cleaning up our local area during lockdown

Our stunning coasts have had a huge increase in visitors over the last year, with so many people enjoying and appreciating the coastal and woodland walks – but sadly this has resulted in a large increase in litter. These brilliant people have stepped up and continued to work hard to clean up this uptick in litter, and we are absolutely grateful to them for their care.

We are now starting to organise larger clean-up events, and need more kit to be able to run them effectively. Our funding has been hit hard over the last year, so we are desperate for donations to help us to purchase more kit – including litter-pickers, gloves (both adult and child sizes) and reusable bags.

We appreciate any donation that you can make so much. Thank you for helping us to continue to make a difference to our local spaces.

Donations are managed through our JustGiving page – we receive 100% of your donation.
