2021 saw the start of an exciting new collaboration for FSF. Over the last seven months, we have partnered with South Central Probation Service Community Payback Teams and through this collaboration, nearly 2000 hours of litter picking have been successfully completed. We estimate that over an incredible 5,000kg of waste (predominantly single-use plastics) have been cleared from our beaches and coastal paths across Hampshire. This has not only benefitted local communities with clean open spaces, but it has also positively impacted the People on Probation.

We believe this is a beneficial partnership and are keen to continue working with Project Manager Emma Gelson. The feedback from People on Probation, has been really positive.
