We are really happy to hear that Portsmouth has achieved ‘Plastic Free Communities’ status by Surfers Against Sewage. This accreditation has been spearheaded by the Plastic Free Portsmouth campaign, which we have been happy to support and help along with other local groups and organisations wherever possible.

The city has been awarded Plastic Free Community status by marine conservation charity, Surfers Against Sewage (SAS), in recognition of the work it has done to start reducing the impact of single-use plastic on the environment.’
