In October, FSF Marketing Officer Amy was invited to speak to second year Digital Marketing students at Portsmouth University about the Final Straw Foundation, the work we do and marketing in the non-profit sector. They were also introduced to Nurdles!

Over two days, Amy met 30 students who were given 45 minutes to create a social media asset that would raise awareness of Nurdles and the impact they have on the environment. Students were challenged to think about who their audience might be, what social media platform that audience would be using and what type of media would catch their attention best.

Do you know what nurdles are? If you want to learn more, or have a little refresher, you can pop over to blog ‘The Nurdle Hurdle’ that was written by lovely volunteer Beth Raffell: Read Here

Here are some of the submissions! Do you have a favourite?

If you would like a member of the FSF team to visit your school, college, university or group, please send an email to us at hello@finalstrawfoundation.org and someone will be happy to discuss how we can help.
